Jordyn was raised on Quadra Island where she first realized her passion for animal care while looking after everything from donkeys to chickens on her family's hobby farm. After graduating from university, she was thrilled to find employment with Shamrock Animal Hospital. Jordyn loves the variety of pets and their people she meets at the hospital and her role in helping them.

When not at work, Jordyn can be found hiking with her  Border Collie Kit, trying her hand at every type of outdoor recreation the Comox Valley has to offer, and playing her baritone ukulele.

Originally from the mainland, Brenda is thrilled to call the Comox Valley home. Brenda initially came as a client to Shamrock Animal Hospital in 2002 and hired as a receptionist in 2008. After a brief hiatus travelling in 2009, Brenda was re-hired in 2010 as a technologist assistant. She finds the most interesting part of her job is that she never knows how the day will unfold as she walks in the door each morning.
